As a multidisciplinary artist, my work involves skills from across all art, craft, and design disciplines. The main inspiration of my work is personal experiences and feelings. My most recent work, 'With Love, Granny' looked at grief and nostalgia, through the lens of old family photographs and stories. My 'Biophilia' project looked at body image/ issues, and the pressure on women to have the 'perfect' body. Lastly, a project titled 'Happy International Women's Day' looked at the everyday situations women are faced with, in the form of an animation series. This distinctive take on my projects' themes, allows me to connect with the viewers in a unique, and more human way. The main message that connect all of my work together, is one of human empathy; making the audience feel less alone in their own experiences.
